New York State COVID-19 Vaccine Updates: Age 16+

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that all New Yorkers 16 years of age and older are now eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine beginning on Tuesday, April 6. Thus, the state of New York reaches universal eligibility for getting a COVID-19 vaccine.
Cuomo also announced the start of the statewide "Roll Up Your Sleeve" ad campaign to encourage all New Yorkers, especially those from neighborhoods where COVID was most devastating, to get vaccinated. The ads will be shown on television and online statewide beginning April 7.
