HRSA sent an update today, recognizing that health centers are well-positioned to play an important role in delivering critical services and assisting local communities during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

HRSA continually updates their Health Center Program COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) webpage. Yesterday, these FAQs were added:
What are health centers required to do to ensure their preparedness for a disease outbreak such as COVID-19?
Will BPHC conduct scheduled Operational Site Visits or other site visits?
In event that providers or patients cannot present at, or work from, a health center site, can health centers use telehealth to provide services to a patient at a location that is not an in-scope service site?
Can this also occur if the health center provider and patient are at their homes?
Can health centers reduce the delivery of some required or additional services (e.g., dental services, physical therapy)?
Can health centers conduct screenings or triage of patients outside of their service sites?
Which health centers would be considered eligible to add temporary sites based on the COVID-19 public health emergency?
When do I need to submit a Change in Scope request to add a temporary site due to an emergency?
